EXCLUSIVE PATENTED FEATURES

• All 2 inch piping.
   

• Tubes and header are joined together as an overmolded unit, eliminating welded joints and seams.
   

• Spacer Bars are every foot length of collector and elevates panel 1/2 inch off roof and maintains it in a rigid posture while allowing expansion and contraction.

      INDIVIDUAL TUBES

• Designed to maximize the sun's heat at any angle.
   

• Allows capture of heat from roof, even on cloudy days.
   

• Creates breathing between roof and panel, eliminating concentration of moisture or mildew.
   

• Allows for necessary expansion and contraction, which prevents rippling and buckling.

    MOUNTING HARDWARE

• Patented UV stabilized attachment anchors to the truss, instead of the weaker roof sheeting.  This allows for expansion and contraction within the attachment, eliminating movement against any penetrations.
   

• State-of-the-art Mounting hardware reduces the number of roof penetrations and keeps header from touching roof, therefore no roof abrasion can take place.
   

• Tested to withstand 140mph wind loads.
